Happy Birthday!

Yes, I did have my birthday few days ago, and it was almost like any other day. I had work to do on that day, no surprise parties, not even a cake. But still, in a way, it was a good birthday. I was in balance with myself.

My youngest children started in a new school and in a new town this week, and it took a lot of arranging to get them there. It was the first time for them to move, so they had no idea, how much it takes to get all the things together and to settle in a new place. All these tiny details like cleaning the oven, getting a curtain into shower and windows, what kind of lights to get, even how many towels is needed. Not to even mention about beds, tables, chairs and sofas! But most of the things are there, and we are adding what is needed later on.

In the middle of all these changes in my family life, I’ve had changes in my personal life and professional life. It has been like a snowball falling down the slope of mountain. Getting bigger and bigger all the time, taking unexpected turns and gaining speed while going. In the beginning of this year I knew this will be a year of changes, but I had no clue how big those changes will become. But it only makes this living so interesting 😀

Rose for birthday

I’m so grateful of the sun, that is giving us it’s light and heat. I’m so grateful to the moon for listening to my wishes. I’m so grateful to the earth that is giving us what we need. And I’m so grateful for the life staying with me for all these years. My only wish is to have many more birthdays after this one. Thank you!

Gratefully yours,
Joana
