Time to celebrate!

Last few days have been full of good news. New clients coming in, the sun is shining, new ideas flow into my mind and kids are accepted into the school they wanted to go. It seems like everything is going smoothly.

At the times like this it’s easy to be grateful for what you have and what you get. But when things are not going in the way you planned, and you got a curveball straight into your guts, it’s natural to feel sorry and depressed. But even at the darkest times there are good things and things to be grateful of. Like that you were able to wake up. Yes, you may feel pain and yes, future may look sad, but you will never know what good things might be coming your way if you don’t try and dare to face it.

Believe me, I know what I am talking about. Behind my smile there have been fights unseen to others. Fights, that made me question my whole existence. To measure in my mind the distance from the balcony of fourth floor to the ground and find it too small. To get up from bed only to hear more bad news. To cry for help and get no for an answer. But it didn’t kill me. I decided to overcome the obstacles only because I’m mean, because I don’t want to give in. And I grew stronger. Now I am strong enough to help others.

I try to live my life so that if today was the last day of my life, I would have accomplished something. And if today was the first day of my long lasting life, I would regret nothing later on. Somewhere in there it’s all good. No regrets for what I’ve done, no regrets for what I didn’t do, accepting mistakes, learning lessons and looking for new adventures. It’s time to celebrate all the good things!
